We are at 699 South Carter Road, Suite 5, directly off Route 13. Look for Suite 5 in the professional complex — not a storefront on the highway itself.

This office sits on Route 13 / South Carter Road between Dover and Wilmington, so most patients arrive via Route 13 highway commuting and plant-to-home drives through Clayton, Kenton, and Cheswold. This is Suite 5 off Route 13 — the Saturday-morning Pure Wellness office — not Dupont Highway in Dover and not Ash Boulevard in Middletown — if a map application has sent you to another Pure Wellness address, you are at the wrong building, and the full clinic list will sort it out.

What should I bring?
Photo ID, your insurance cards, and any recent imaging or reports. Printing and completing the intake forms beforehand saves you filling in a clipboard while your back hurts.
